Oatmeal Yogurt Mask - All Skin Types
1TBSP Oatmeal, finely ground1TBSP Organic Yogurt (skip the flavored stuff)
A few drops of Warmed Honey (Organic is best)
Optional: Mix in fresh Strawberries - a natural Salicylic to combat mild acne, or Blueberries for extra antioxidant support.
Mix together, apply, leave on for 10 minutes, and then rinse with a warm washcloth.
*Please note - Yogurt is a natural Lactic Acid Derivative. Please don’t try if you have a dairy allergy.
